what are your Goals this semester ?

My goals and expectation this semester is to passed to all my subject and use this career I am aiming in my life to be a surgical nurse again, so I can have a license and I love assisting surgeons by giving the right instrument and sutures and help the medical field on a safe position I see to it that If I do scrub foe one case like appendectomy I check with the surgeons what type of sutures and other extra instruments he or she wanted to use so I can standby the right instruments specially if the patient is a bleeder type and check all the possible lab work need on the side of my surgical table I try to sponge counts 3 to 5 times assuring that no instrument or lab top gauze have left inside the patients abdomen that might cause a bleeding or complication and also death to the patient I see to it that all my problems are not there thinking of patients life as my own family.
To Bear surgical nurse you need experience not only by learning and also by updating your knowledge if we have a educational meeting with all the surgeon I use to attend this so I can upgrade all the necessary surgical team leadership in the world.
